THE- RS3 8P / TTRS 8J 2.5TFSI Intake Kit

Product information:

   The THE- intake system for the RS3 8P & TTRS 8J is the only 102mm flow optimized system available for purchase on the market. The two intake pipes are made of 4mm cast  aluminum.

   The upper intake manifold to the air filter box comes powder coated in black. All necessary small parts such as clamps, hoses,    Fittings, etc. are included in the set. 

     Advantages compared to the OEM intake manifold:

·         Larger volume

·         Flow optimized design

·         Lower pressure drop

·         Inlet inner diameter turbo inlet

o    THE:  98mm

o    OEM: 67mm

     Inlet Option :

·         The turboinlet is available to order in 3 different versions:

o    V1 Stock OEM Turbocharger

o    V2 TTE500 Upgrade turbocharger with integrated o-ring e.g. 

     Scope of delivery:

·         The kit includes:

o    Cast aluminum turbo intake manifold incl. mounting hardware

o    Silicone connector with clamps

o    Fresh air pipe made of cast aluminum black powder coated incl. fastening material

o    Intake hose incl. hose clamps

o    Air filter box with 102mm connection incl. mounting kit for hose from SUV (thrust air valve)

    Additional information:

·         For mounting on the lower part of the air filter box a step drill up to 26mm is needed.

·         Please note the 3 different versions of the turbo inlet when ordering.  please specify matching part number
