THE-Cast High Flow exhaust manifolds for Audi RS4 2,7 T / S4 / A6 4B
THE Manifolds were designed for maximum performance.
THE exhaust manifolds are cast from heat-resistant stainless steel 1.4848.
In order to meet the need for high-quality exhaust manifolds, we have designed the product for ease of installation, durability and optimization of the flow.
During the development, the basis for the construction with CAD and CFD was created by means of 3D scanning and 3D measurement.
With the help of bionic design, starting with our bend , a large number of optimization loops were carried out up to the final designs.
• More throughput through flow-optimized designAdvantages over the OEM part:
• All 3 cylinders have the same throughput with a tolerance of 1%
• For comparison: OEMs are manufactured with a tolerance of up to 5%.
• Although the left and right bends have not the same length, our design achieves
almost the same throughput.

Extra information:
We recommend using the original Audi bolts and nuts for assembly.
The design of the entire manifold from the cylinder head to the turbocharger was to generate the maximum gas flow.
The positioning of the turbocharger is as OEM so are Plug & Play.
Manifold inlet runners: 38,4 mm
Manifold outlet to turbo: 44,3mm ( Matched for TTE CNC porting turbo hot side outlet)
The advantage is not just its construction but also in the chosen material.
THE manifolds are made of cast steel 1.4848 and differ significantly from cast-iron D5S. The main differences between the two materials lie in durability
