This upgrade charge cooler is the most technologically advanced on the market for the Porsche 718 Turbocharged Platform.

The tuning potential for the charge-cooled Porsche 718 2.0 & 2.5 engine is huge, however the stock OEM charge cooler has limits.
The stock cooling system works okay on a stock car but once boost levels and flow rates are increased and more heat is introduced it begins to struggle.
Increased heat robs power in several ways, the main being that hotter air is less dense and results in less oxygen which is key for power and with the hotter air the risk of knock is also increased, to counter this the ECU will introduce its safety protocols to reduce power until the air is cool again.
The only way to maintain and improve performance is to reduce the temperature is by improving the cooling efficiency & performance.

What a great piece of kit
I own a Cayman and had this charge cooler installed together with 3 csf radiators, a bmc airfilter and a catless downpipe.
After my tuner remapped the car and even pull after pull after pull the intake temps stayed at 25 degrees celcius which is insane concidering the car is pushing out 410hp and 510nm.
I just got back from the nurburgring and even after pushing the car to it's limits for 2 straight laps, so thats 44km the oiltemp never went above 1.8 degrees celcius.
Save to say the charge cooler is doing it's job and not even a little bit.
The charge cooler itself is also beautifully made, beautiful welds and all the connecting points lined up perfectly, it's plug and play. It even has connections for if you want to run water/meth injection.
It's not my first TTE purchase, My rs3 has a TTE500Plus turbo and gets pushed on the ring also and never failed me.
Safe to say they make good products and it won't be my last purchase!
