Turbocharger Warranty Claims

Terms and conditions:

All turbochargers purchased from The Turbo Engineers or TTEGLOBAL.com come with a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If your turbocharger(s) fails or has a problem for any reason, you may return it to TheTurboEngineers to be reconditioned and repaired or replaced at no charge, depending on the availability or problem of the turbocharger(s).

Only the original purchaser is entitled to the TTE TROUBLE-FREE WARRANTY.

Furthermore, the turbocharger must not have been modified or opened/dismantled. The cost of shipping the turbocharger(s) back to TheTurboEngineers will not be covered and is the responsibility of the customer. Full return shipping details will be sent to the customer once a return has been opened and a return number generated. TheTurboEngineers will cover the cost of shipping the refurbished turbocharger(s) back to the customer. Turbochargers sent to TheTurboEngineers without a valid return authorization number will not be serviced and may not be covered under warranty. Any service work or costs for removal of the defective turbocharger(s) will not be covered and will be borne by the customer. 

After submitting this form, you will receive a response within a short time with an RMA number and further procedure.
