TTE Billet 2.5 TFSI Upgrade Throttle Elbow to suit DAZA, DNWA, DNWC, CZGB engine codes
TheTurboEngineers designed and developed this Aluminum billet upgrade component on our shop stage 3 (900+hp) car to create the ultimate throttle elbow and is available in different selectable configurations.
Made in GERMANY at TTE HQ on a DMG DMU 50 5axis CNC milling machine using a vast amount of tools, machine hours to give the ultimate accuracy, quality and as you can see a superior finish inside & out
Larger in diameter, volume and with a smoother tract the TTE Billet throttle elbow ensures the least restriction of air flow and pressure loss.
MTR Performance Germany, 0.16Bar less backpressure was recorded at 700g/s of airflow and 2.5bar of boost. Testing showed the stock DAZA elbow was above 180mbar of back pressure where as the TTE Billet Throttle Elbow was only 19mbar on a 850HP+ TTE855 setup (DAZA motor, Tial Valve).

2. Tial Q 50mm BOV / TurboSmart GenV RacePort BOV (Recommended for over 700HP) we recommend to use in combination with THE 2.5 TFSI DAZA / DNWA UPGRADE THROTTLE PIPE THE-8V 001 02
3. No Valve (customers using a BOV at different location)
4. Raw Aluminum or Black Anodised Finish
DESIGNED TO FIT TO STOCK OEM PLENUM, AIRBOX & HARDWARE BUT WILL FIT OTHER AFTERMARKET OPTIONS WITH SMALL ADAPTIONS.
