Product information "THE-RS4 / S4 B5 In-tank Dual Fuel Pump System THE-B5 014 00"

Product information: 

With this fuel pump kit we offer a plug&play solution which is suitable in the S4/RS4 B5 up to a power of about 1100HP (depending on tuning). We use only original Pierburg fuel pumps for our kits (no aftermarket pumps).

Key information:

  • Delivery capacity per pump: 320Liter/hour
  • Current consumption per pump: 16.0A
  • integrated check valve/pressure retaining valve
  • The connection cover has 4 Dash 06 connections, 2 supply and 2 return each. The connector mounted on the lid is 6-pin and has 2.5mm² cable installed.

Additional information:

  • Please clarify your setup with your software tuner before purchasing our products.
  • The supplied 8mm push-in cap (see picture 4) is only required when installing the pump set in an RS4 B5 (if you install the pump set in an S4, the cap is not required).
  • An additional relay and cable must be installed in the car
  • Matching wiring harness with all required parts and installation recommendation on request!
  • We recommend our fuel line system for optimal mounting
    • THE- RS4/S4 fuel line and filter system
  • For easier installation of the power supply for the 2nd fuel pump, we recommend our THE- wiring harness:
    • THE- RS4/S4 wiring harness for 2nd fuel pump

    • 2x Pierburg pump E3L
    • 2x fuel pump pre-filter anodized aluminum
    • 4x 8mm corrugated fuel hose
    • 8mm push-in plug
    • Anodized aluminum connection cover
    • Fuel pump basket
    • Anodized aluminum fuel pump bracket
